About Us
Established in January 2005, the NUS America Foundation, Inc. is a California nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation is independent of any institution and a volunteer board of directors governs and controls the grants and use of funds.
Our mission is to support educational research and programs in the United States and abroad, including programs of the National University of Singapore (NUS).
We aim to accomplish our mission through the following objectives:

Raise the overall awareness of the Foundation and promote its mission among
stakeholders including higher educational institutions, individuals, corporations and foundations |

Foster exchange through educational collaborations and develop fruitful and long lasting relationships with stakeholders |

Inspire and solicit contributions for the advancement of education |

Facilitate the advancement process by understanding stakeholders’ capacity, affinity and interest and bridging their needs with available resources and opportunities |

Strengthen the capacity of higher educational institutions to provide effective programs of the highest quality |

Maintain open and honest communications with the public |
